Visionnet Video Call Mailbox

Visionnet's Video Call Mailbox is a new, advanced feature that, like a telephone answering machine or voicemail system, allows callers to leave a video message when away from the office or conference room or on another video call. Unanswered calls are forwarded to the Visionnet video call mailbox where callers, after viewing a customisable greeting, can record a real-time video message. Subscribers are automatically notified via standard email when their video mailbox receives new video messages and can instantly play back messages from their video system. As an added feature, subscribers can access their video messages anytime, from anywhere in the world, by visiting the My Video Messages section of the Visionnet.com.au home page or go directly to www.visionnet.com.au/videomail. This is a free service to all Visionnet subscribers.

Visionnet Video Call Assistant ends video conferencing user frustration by eliminating standard call rejection messages and replacing them with and a series of videos that provides information and call placement assistance videos featuring "Lisa". "Lisa" features in professionally produced self-help videos covering a variety of topics including how to dial IP and ISDN calls and how to reach Visionnet's Live "234" Operator. This is a free service to all Visionnet subscribers.

Visionnet Direct Dial Video Number

Making a video call should be as simple as using the telephone. Each Visionnet site has its own regular phone number. No more special codes, IP addresses or other confusing dialing plans. With Visionnet, a Direct Dial Video Number is provided so that anyone can call that site quickly and easily from any video system.

This Visionnet Direct Dial Video Number can be put on business cards or other collatoral as a standard phone number that instantly connects to that Visionnet site. It can receive video and audio calls from another video system, a standard telephone and even a mobile phone.

Visionnet Call Redirection

This allows you to dynamically program your video conferencing system to forward all incoming calls to another system on the Visionnet Network, to a plain old telephone number, or to an IDSN video number to ensure that an important call is is never missed. Conditional Call Forward/Busy No Answer enables calls to be forwarded to another location if an incoming call receives a Busy Signal or the call is not picked up. This Conditional Call Forward/Busy No Answer option must be manually provisioned by Visionnet.
